Judo is a Japanese Self-defense Martial art and a sport which was derived from Jujitsu. It was developed by Dr.Jigoro Kano.and eliminated all dangerous techniques. Like that no impacts and footsteps are permitted in the judo. Before learning to throw an opponent, or being thrown himself.
